Seminar Title: Structure and function of the bacterial cell envelope
Abstract: Research in my lab investigates the structure-function relationship of major microbial processes such as cell envelope remodeling, DNA segregation and host-pathogen interactions. We apply cutting-edge structural biology approaches combined with in-depth microbiological, biochemical and bioinformatic analyses to characterize the molecular mechanisms governing the above-mentioned processes.
