Seminar Title: B cells in human tissues: beyond a snapshot in time
Abstract: Dr. Siu is an alumna of the UBC Microbiology & Immunology undergraduate program who went on to complete her PhD at the University of Cambridge where she characterized human B cell subsets in different tissues. She is now extending this work as a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford where she is using high throughput approaches and clinical data to study human responses to vaccination.
