Seminar: Engineering effective and accessible CAR T cell therapies
Abstract: The overarching goal of the Evgin lab is to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of CAR T cell therapy for both oncology and autoimmunity. Our research employs a diverse toolkit and various model systems to design novel CAR constructs, develop both ex vivo and in vivo CAR T cell engineering strategies, and evaluate CAR T cell function in immune-competent disease models. Through these efforts, we aim to expand the reach and impact of synthetic immunology.
